As part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari organized a “Swachhata Abhiyan” across the University Campus with the objective of promoting cleanliness and creating awareness about maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, NAU, Dr. R. M. Naik led the Swachhata Drive at University Bhavan and Kulpati Bhavan. He was joined by Director of Research & Dean, PG Studies, Dr. T. R. Ahlawat; Director of Extension Education, Dr. H. R. Sharma; Director of Students’ Welfare, Prof. J. R. Naik; Associate Directors of Research Dr. V. R. Naik and Dr. Lalit Mahatma; Comptroller, Shri Chirag Naik, along with University staff and NSS volunteers. During the programme, NSS volunteers took the Swachhata pledge, reaffirming their commitment to keeping the University premises and surroundings clean and contributing towards a cleaner and greener campus. The initiative reflected the collective commitment of the NAU fraternity towards cleanliness

World Bamboo Day was celebrated by the College of Forestry, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan on 18 September 2026.

Today, Former Vice-Chancellor of NAU, Navsari, Dr. Z. P. Patel along with Dr. Harshavatiben Patel, Former Principal, Shri J. P. Pardiwala Arts & Commerce College paid a courtesy visit to Dr. R. M. Naik, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, NAU, Navsari.

On the occasion of the birthday of Dr. R. M. Naik, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Navsari Agricultural University, tree plantation ceremony was organized at the University Bhavan premises.

The Raksha Bandhan programme was celebrated today at Kulpati Bhavan, Navsari Agricultural University, in an atmosphere of peace, spirituality and goodwill.
