On the occasion of Seva Sankalp Abhiyan and Mission Madhmakhi (મીશન મધમાખી), The College of Forestry organized a one-day workshop on "Beekeeping" in collaboration with the Office of the Assistant Director of Horticulture, Navsari, Government of Gujarat, on September 23, 2026, at the Central Examination Hall, Navsari Agricultural University (NAU), Navsari. The program was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor of NAU, Dr. R. M. Naik, who presided over the event. The inaugural session was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr. Hemant R. Sharma (DDE, NAU, Navsari), and the Special Guest, Shri Dinesh K. Padaliya (Joint Director of Horticulture, Surat). Other notable dignitaries present included Dr. J. J. Dr. R. M. Naik, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari visited the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology and Polytechnic in Agricultural Engineering, NAU, Dediapada on 19th September 2026. The distinguished delegation received a warm and traditional welcome at the college entrance giving bouquet by Dr. S. N. Singh Principal and Dean, College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Dediapada. The students of CAET accorded the dignitaries a ceremonial welcome with the traditional Tilak. The visit commenced with the auspicious Deep Prajwalan ceremony before Lord Ganesha and Goddess Saraswati.
