On October 11, 2025, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel, along with Shri Kiranbhai L. Patel, Managing Director, ASPEE Group of Companies, and Shri Jatinbhai S. Patel, Trustee, ASPEE Charitable Trust, inaugurated the magnificent ‘ASPEE Auditorium’ at Navsari Agricultural University.

The ASPEE Charitable Trust, Malad (Mumbai), has generously donated ₹3 crore towards the construction of this state-of-the-art facility, which can accommodate around 1,100 people. The ASPEE Auditorium stands as a landmark achievement and a dream project of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, who, despite not being in full health, personally attended and inaugurated the facility. The ceremony was graced by Dr. Harshaben Z. Patel and family members of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, University Officers, Deans, Principals, dignitaries from ASPEE, and NAU faculty and staff.

Through a written address read by Dr. Lalit Mahatma, the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor expressed heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the University to the ASPEE Group for their generous contribution. He also commended the dedicated efforts of Dr. Vipul Shinde, Executive Engineer, and his team, along with the contractor, architect, and PMC agency, for successfully realizing the project.

A specially designed memento, featuring photographs of all recently completed construction projects, was presented to the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor by the staff of the Office of the Executive Engineer as a token of love and appreciation.

Prof. Jaimin Naik, DSW, efficiently conducted the program and also proposed the Vote of Thanks.

The ASPEE Auditorium will serve as a hub for academic ceremonies, conferences, cultural programs, and student activities, enriching campus life for years to come.

The ASPEE Group shares a long-standing bond with NAU, having previously contributed to the establishment of the ASPEE College of Horticulture, ASPEE Shakilam Biotechnology Institute (Surat), and ASPEE Agri-Business Management Institute — continuing its legacy of fostering agricultural education and innovation.
