The 22nd Planning and Development Committee (PDC) Meeting of the University was held on September 28, 2026, under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr. R. M. Naik. The meeting was organized by the Planning Cell, Directorate of Research. As a statutory body of the University, the PDC convenes biannually to deliberate on key issues related to the University’s development. Dr. Amit Lathiya- Planning Officer, discussed the agenda of the 22th PDC Meeting and briefed regarding the budget of Development Charges (Plan) to be proposed to the Hon. Government of Gujarat for FY 2027-28. Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr. R. M. Naik acknowledged and appreciated the commendable efforts of the Planning team. He further extended his appreciation to all University officers and PDC members for their active participation and valuable contributions during th meeting. University officers and members of the PDC were present during the meeting.
