Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for new facilities at the College of Agriculture (CoA), Bharuch on October 09, 2024. The Bharuch campus celebrated the inauguration of a new, well-equipped girls' hostel and examination hall along with the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the Biocontrol Production Laboratory on this auspicious day.

The ceremony was attended by dignitaries including Dr. T. R. Ahlawat, Director of Research & Dean PGS; Dr. Vipul Shinde, Executive Engineer; Prof. J. R. Naik, Director of Student Welfare; Dr. D. D. Patel, Principal of CoA, Bharuch; Dr. P.K. Srivastava, Principal of CAET, Dediapada; Dr. A. J. Patel, Principal of CoA, Waghai; Dr. A. D. Raj, Principal of Polytechnic in Agriculture; along with other officials from sub-centers and KVK of Bharuch district.

The thoughtful presence of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor highlighted the importance of developmental activities in supporting academic and skill-based education. Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor praised the College of Agriculture, Bharuch, for improving campus facilities and congratulated everyone for their outstanding efforts.
