Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, NAU, Navsari Dr. R. M. Naik sir along with respected Dr. T. R. Ahlawat sir, Director of Research and Dean Post Graduate Studies; Dr. J. R. Naik sir, Director of Students' Welfare; Dr. V. R. Naik sir, ADR; Dr. Lalit Mahatma sir, ADR and Dr. K. G. Patel sir, Professor and Head, Department of Soil Science, NMCA, Navsari visited Agriculture Experimental Station, NAU, Paria on October 12, 2026. Dr. C. R. Patel, Research Scientist & Head, AES, Paria and all staff members warmly welcomed the dignitaries and provided information of the various research activates at this research station.

During the visit, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor sir and dignitaries visited many experimental plots, germplasm blocks of mango and cashew, rubber plantation as well as seed production plots of turmeric (GNT-4) and offered valuable suggestions and remarks for improving the productivity of all crops, possibilities of new crops, farm infrastructure, land development and also gave suggestions for future research activities. Hon'ble Vice Chancellor sir appreciated the efforts of scientists and all staff working at AES, NAU, Paria and extended best wishes for future.
