Air Marshal (Retd) Prakash Desai, PVSM, AVSM, VSM; and Wg Cdr (Retd) Jaydev Desai paid a gracious visit to Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dr. R. M. Naik on 21st August 2026. During the interaction, they discussed the significant role of aviation in agricultural research and the potential of GIS-based crop technologies for advancing precision agriculture and enhancing the efficiency of agricultural practices.
The visit also provided an enriching opportunity for the NCC cadets of Navsari Agricultural University to interact with the distinguished dignitaries. The cadets had a fruitful and inspiring engagement, gaining valuable insights from their experience and expertise.
