The 9th Annual Gathering of College of Agriculture, Bharuch (Bhrugutaal-2024) was celebrated in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Z. P. Patel as President; Dr. V. A. Solanki, Member of the Academic Council; Dr. D. D. Patel, Principal, CoA Bharuch; Dr. A. P. Patel, Principal, CoA Waghai; Dr. A. D. Raj, Principal-Polytechnic in Agriculture; Prof. Jaimin Naik; Dr. R. D. Dhandhukia, SRC Chairman (Poly); Faculty members, Parents, Alumni, Students and invited guests on April 23, 2024. The event commenced with a warm welcome extended by Dr. S. R. Patel, Chairman-SRC, followed by a brief highlight of achievements of the college over the past year by Dr. D.D. Patel, Principal. Students were felicitated for their outstanding performance in various extracurricular activities, sports, academics, and cultural events.
Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor inspired the students with the life-learning lesson of "Prakruti and Sanskruti" during the presidential address and emphasized the importance of selfless dedication towards societal betterment, for fulfilling and purpose-driven life. Together with academic advancement, he also underlined the equal significance of cultural activities.
The college brochure and e-magazine were released during this event, along with the introduction of e-literature resources accessible via QR codes, enriching students' academic experiences. Notable achievers, including faculty members involved in idea-based patents, were commended by the Hon’ble VC. There were twenty-four captivating performances by the students including Garba, solo and group dance, drama, pterotic melodies, mime, and mono-acts.
