Jyotirmay Ulva, an undergraduate forestry student, has authored three booklets titled “Mammals, Birds & Reptiles of NAU.” These booklets were warmly launched by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel. He commended Jyotirmay's efforts, particularly the inclusion of QR codes that provide auxiliary information about the wildlife of NAU campus.
Hon'ble VC also unveiled folders and departmental book aimed to disseminate amongst farmers, forest dwellers, wildlife enthusiasts, and forest officials. He emphasized on societal benefits and usefulness of these publications, praising the high documentation standard of the Faculty of Forestry. He praised Dr. M. B. Tandel, Dean Forestry, for his quality work and expressed his appreciation for the Wildlife Department Team, comprising Dr. Aadil Kazi, Dr. Rohit Chaudhary, Mr. Pravin Chaudhari and Mr. Sundaram Rajawat.
Prof. Jaimin Naik, DSW and Dr. Vipul Shinde, Executive Engineer congratulated the Dean and authors of the publications.
