Inauguration of “Competitive Examination Cell”.

Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel inaugurated the “Competitive Examination Cell” of NAU on October 12, 2022 in ceremony organized in Swami Vekananda Hall, ACoH. The idea of establishing the cell at the university level was conceived by him, which after the marathon discussion on the efficiently execution was winged on the eve of his two years completion in the office. He showered his blessings and discussed about the way forwards in the gathering of students of final year graduation of various faculties. While addressing, he emphasized upon the “Compete with Yourself” instead of compete with each others.
UG/PG students of agriculture and horticulture faculty were oriented about the functioning of CEC that is aimed to foster confidence among students to excell at National level.
Dr. Yatin N. Tandel, Associate Professor, Dept of Fruit Science, ACoH was appointed as Nodal Officer of the cell. Dr. T. R. Ahlawat, Director of Research; Dr O. P. Sharma, I/C Dean, Agriculture, Dr. Alka Singh, Dean, Horticulture; Dr Ruchira Shukla, Dean, AABMI; Dr Lalit Mahatma, ADR graced the opening ceremony of the CEC and encouraged the students. Heads of the different departments and faculties were also present.
