A Mahila Kisan divas was jointly organized by KVK, Navsari and IFFCO, Navsari on October 21, 2024 in the esteemed presence of Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel along with Dr. Hemant Sharma, DEE; Mrs. Amaben Mahala, Vice President, Jilla Panchayat, Navsari; Dr. K. A. Shah, Senior scientist and Head, KVK, and the scientists of the centre.

Hon'ble VC, in his presidential address, emphasized on the importance of university technology such as bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides etc. He also focused on branding and packaging of farmers products.

Total around 300 tribal farmers participated in the programme.
