Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Z. P. Patel along with Dr. T. R. Ahlawat, Director Research; Dr. R. M. Naik, Principal & Dean, ASPEE College of Horticulture; Prof. J. R. Naik, DSW and Dr. C.G. Intwala, Librarian visited Floriculture Research Farm on October 5, 2024.
Dr. S. L. Chawla, In-charge, Floriculture Research Farm briefed to Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor about the various research activities of the Farm.
Hon’ble VC interacted with PG students regarding their research. He appreciated the works being carried out at Floriculture Research Farm; motivated scientists and students as well as gave valuable suggestions for strengthening of floricultural research especially in the direction of crop improvement as well as commercial seed production of the versatile flower crop Marigold.
