On December 7, 2022 Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel inaugurated an Online student’s fees collection module and a student app for the benefit of NAU students which is developed by Department of Information techonology Navsari Agricultural University.

 

The presentation on key features of this app was given by Shri Chirag Naik, Comptroller & Controlling officer, IT. The universal fee collecting portal will allow NAU institutions to use the same receipt format with simplified data management. Some of the most notable features of the portal and app are:

 

* Secured online payments

* A single window way for downloading all semester receipts

* Management of various universities

* WhatsApp, SMS, and an email system

* QR Code-based receipt monitoring to ensure receipt validity and transaction data

* MES/MIS Reports

* Refundable amount alerts

* Online fee refund procedure (Queued)
