College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology (CAET), Dediapada hosted the Intercollegiate Kabbadi and Kho Kho Tournament of Navsari Agricultural University (NAU) in the playgrounds of CoA Bharuch on October 9, 2024. During the event, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel visited the grounds to bless the participating teams. He encouraged the students, highlighting the rich tradition of these energetic games in India, which excels on the world stage.

Teams from CAET, Dediapada; COA, Bharuch; COF, ACH, NMCA, IABM, Navsari; and COA, Waghai participated enthusiastically. NMCA, Navsari secured both trophies, while COF, Navsari and COA, Waghai were the first runners-up in Kabbadi and Kho Kho, respectively.

In the evening, Dr. D. D. Patel, Principal of COA Bharuch; Dr. Ajay Patel, Principal of COA Waghai; Dr. H. U. Vyas, PC of KVK; and Dr. P. K. Shrivastava, Dean of CAET and Dr. Alok Singh, PAE, NAU Dediapada, congratulated the winners and presented trophies.

Dr. Tilak Chavda, Team Manager of CAET Dediapada, expressed gratitude to all participating teams, SRC Chairpersons, Team Managers, Sports teachers, referees, and faculty of COA Bharuch for their cooperation in making the event a success.
