A felicitation programme to encourage the students who peformed exceptionally well in All India Inter Agricultural University Sports meet held at CSS Haryana Agricultural University, Hissar was organized by DSW office. Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel congratuleted the NAU Table Tennis girls team who won silver medal in this tournament and become 1st ever team to won medal for NAU in team events at National level.

TT boys and Badminton girls team fought till quarter finals. One boy stood 9th in 1500 mts running while one boy stood 5th in high jump just short 0.10mts from rank 3rd.

In the felicitation programme, Dr. T. R. Ahlawat-DR, Dr. R. M. Naik-DSW, Dr. P. K. Shrivastava- Dean Forestry, Dr. Lalit Mahatma-ADR and Dr. H. M. Virdia-Librarian congratulated and motivated the players.

Dr. R. M. Naik has taken this beautiful initiative to encourage other student for sincere participation in co-curricular activities. During this event he also remebered past winners in national sports and cultural competitions of ICAR universities.

Mr. Jaimin Patel  from COA, Waghai won Gold medal in high jump in All India Inter Agricultural University Sports and Games meet held at CCAU, Hissar, Haryana in 2015-16.

Dr. Gopal Chopada from NMCA won gold medal in mono acting in Agriunifset organized at NDRI Karnal Haryana, during 2015. In same event NAU got 2nd position in cultural procession as well as NMCA Drama team got 4th Rank.

Karan Jain got 4th rank in Elocution competition at Agriunifest organized by shri Venketeswara Vetirnary University, Tirupati, Telangana during 2019 in same event NAU securd 3rd rank in cultural procession.
