Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. Z. P. Patel released the souvenir ‘Navsari Agricultural University: Khedut Saathi’ on December 23, 2024 published during the Mega Krushi Mela-2024 by the Publication Cell of university. As the name indicates this souvenir will be the friend of farmers and will continue to guide them about the different activities and technologies developed by the University in last five years. These are capable to transform the agriculture of the state. Enabled with the QR code, this can be downloaded online on mobile and accessed.

This contains 19 different documentary chapters which are well written in vernacular Gujarati language by the competent and dedicated scientist of respective field and supported by quality photographs. Though the information is sufficient, however, farmers and different stakeholders can contact University for more information on any of the topic covered in the souvenir. Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor congratulated the Director of Research Dr. T.R. Ahlawat and publication team headed by Dr. O.P. Sharma painstaking work of selecting the topics, collection of information from the concerned scientists and efficiently presenting in the form of booklet within the short and stipulated time frame.
